You can return any of the ordered products, within 14 days (Except for Dispenser1/Dispenser1+ which is 90 days) from the time of receiving the order with no reason. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us immediately.

The customer must cover the cost of returning the goods.

Most of our products have a warranty of 24 months. Dispenser1/Dispenser1+ products have 3 years (36 months) of warranty.
